[Uh-user] Documentation updates

Hi all,
we should get all of our documentation up to date.

This includes the following items:
* Incode tutorial
* User Wikipages (download, compile, etc)
* Dev Wikipages (database layout, etc)
* Docstrings in the sourcecode
* Specifications (graphics)

I am currently working on the incode tutorial, so that should be ready
fairly soon. I will most probably also do the wiki dev pages.
Volunteers are invited for all of the other jobs.

Wiki structure
We should try to get our wiki stuff structured and we should decide if
we want to turn it into an english only wiki, with a few exceptions like
the Download articles. We should also create a single main page imho
where the most important stuff is linked, the current 4 language version
is not ideal, as there is a lot of outdated information on there.

Another option would be to move all the wiki stuff which we want to kepp
into a new wiki directly, this eliminating the need to remove all the
old stuff. But we can rather do it right from the start.

Opinions would be very appreciated!
