[Uh-user] Documentation updates

Hi,

i have the same meaning about the Wiki, only english is much more better 
the thousend of different languages, cause there arn't people who caring 
about the content. Lot of these things are outdated...

In my opinion a detailed english page about downloading in the wiki is 
enough, cause iam working with Andre at a manual, which is written in 
docbook. You can find it at the branch. Shouldn't be hard to translate it.

So we have:
- detailed download page in english in the wiki (for devs)
- normal page in english on website (for users)
- manual possible in every language in the branch (for users)

Should be enough ... ;)
